Residential Lot

An updated Residential Lot program provides for up to 60% of the appraised value on the purchase price, whichever is less. The maximum available loan amount is $100,000.

The maximum Loan-to-Value (LTV) is 60% of appraisal or purchase price, whichever is less.
Residential Lot loans can only be used for future home construction within the first twelve (12) months for primary residence or second/vacation homes after which the rate will increase by 1% for the remainder of the loan term.
