To obtain your title after paying your vehicle loan in full, visit the Department of Motor Vehicles website at http://www.flhsmv.gov/html/emt.htm, or contact your local county tax collector's office. Out of state titles will be mailed to the address on file.

If the transfer date falls on a weekend or holiday, transfer(s) will be made on the following business day. You understand that funds must be available prior to opening of business of the transfer date. Transfers will NOT be made from a source account if there are insufficient funds, garnishment, pledge, or other holds placed against the account. If a transfer to a loan is not made for any reason, a late fee may be charged according to the terms of your loan agreement. If a transfer is not made, you are responsible for that payment and/or transfer.
