First Time Homebuyer Duo!
This is an ideal time for first-time buyers to find a home. Inventory is plentiful, today’s lower prices offer true bargains and now, Suncoast has stepped in with a duo of products that can make owning a home a reality – a special Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM) coupled with a Tax Relief Loan to provide funds for the down payment and/or closing costs.

The Special ARM is available for a short time to qualified members buying a primary residence who have not owned a home in the past three years and that successfully complete a homebuyer education counseling class. It features a low rate and a maximum loan amount of $200,000.

The Tax Relief Loan of up to $8,000 is interest-free if certain requirements are met. It is available to members who qualify for the IRS Homebuyer Tax Credit, which provides a tax break to first time buyers who purchase a property by November 30, 2009.
