How to gain access to SunNet, Our Online Banking System, as well as SunTel, our Automated Telephone Service


Member Number & (Personal Identification Number) PIN

Upon setting up an account with Suncoast, such as a Checkings or Savings account, you will be given a Member Number . Your Member Number is your account number without the two digit account suffix. (example: Account Number: 123456750, your member number is 1234567 and 50 is the suffix for a checking account).  Your PIN may have been setup when you opened your account with one of our Member Service Representatives.  If you did not set up your PIN upon opening your account, or if you do not remember the PIN you selected, there are two ways to receive a new PIN:
  1. Request a PIN through a member representative in our contact center at 1-800-999-5887, or locally at 813-621-7511. Your PIN will be automatically generated and mailed to your home address on file.
  2. Visit a member representative at one of our Branches. The representative will allow you to discretely enter your own PIN immediately giving you access to SunNet and SunTel.
Note: You can change your PIN at any time on SunNet, Our Online Banking System, as well as SunTel, our Automated Telephone Service.


What's Inside SunNet Online Banking? 

  • Account Access. View all your accounts; checking, savings, loans, credit cards and more!

  • Account Transfers. Basic: Transfer between all your Suncoast accounts, loans and credit cards. (Make payments directly to your Suncoast credit cards and loans by transferring right from your checking account; the payment will post midnight the next business day!)
    Cross Account: Transfer money instantly to another Suncoast member (only you can authorize transfers from your accounts).
    ACH Transfers: You can transfer money between your Suncoast Accounts and any financial institution in the U.S.(authorization/activation steps required, transfers can take up to 3-5 business days).

  • Bill Pay. Pay all your bills for free with no more checks or stamps! You will still receive all your statements in the mail from your payees like normal. Simply enter their payment information into Bill Pay and set the date you want us to send them a payment.

  • Apply for a Loan or Mortgage.  Apply for a loan or mortgage in SunNet with our online loan applications.

  • Many other Convenient Services 24 Hours a Day.  Update your Address and Phone Numbers, Change your SunNet SunTel PIN, Re-order checks, Place a Stop Payment on a check, Get your account statements fast and secure online with eStatements, Report a lost or stolen ATM / Debit Card and much much more!
