TO JOIN BY MAIL YOU MUST:

Complete each section of application in its entirety:
• Membership Application
• Joint Applicant Information (if applicable)
• Signature card
• Notary (all mailed-in forms require notary)

Send these forms and the following items to the address listed below:
• Photocopy of unexpired government issued photo ID (driver license, military picture ID, or passport)
• Proof of eligibility, such as current payroll stub if joining through your employer
• Include a check for at least $5 payable to SSFCU (required to open account)
• If joining through the SSFCU Retirement Association, a total of $10 will be required ($5 to open account and a one-time fee of $5 to join the SSFCU Retirement Association)

3. There is a New Account Representative at each of our Service Centers, who will make opening a Suncoast Schools FCU account an easy, pleasant experience.

To open an account at a service center, you must bring:
• Your driver's license or other unexpired government issued photo identification (State picture ID, Military picture ID or Passport) plus proof of eligibility and $5.00 to open your savings account
